CCR #2

Hey again guys! This is my second video for my CCR. This time around we made it seem like an online talk show, similar to what a lot of talk shows like Stephen Colbert did during the COVID-19 quarantine with celebrities. The show is simply through something like "Zoom". Thank you to Enzo Sequini for being my actor here! Edited with Adobe Premiere Pro.

  • How did your production skills develop throughout this project?

  • How did you integrate technologies – software, hardware and online – in this project?

CCR 2

CCR #1

Hey everyone. My project has officially ended and here is my first reflection upon finishing this project. The questions I had to answer here were...

  • How does your product use or challenge conventions and how does it represent social groups or issues?

  • How does your product engage with audiences and how would it be distributed as a real media text?

The following video is my reflection, made to look like a red carpet interview. I'd like to thank Mia Sequini for being my interviewer/actress and Enzo Sequini for filming.

CCR Scripts

Here are my official scripts for both CCR videos.

    CCR Script #1

    CCR Script #2

Can't wait to film and show these to you guys!

I tried to go with a funnier more personal approach for these but I also made sure I was obviously talking the most. I'll be filming tomorrow! Hopefully done editing by Saturday!

CCR Videos

Now that my filming is over and I've published my film for everyone to see it's time to move onto my CCR! These are my Creative Critical Reflections and it follows 4 questions.

  • How does your product use or challenge conventions and how does it represent social groups or issues?
  • How does your product engage with audiences and how would it be distributed as a real media text?
  • How did your production skills develop throughout this project?
  • How did you integrate technologies – software, hardware and online – in this project?

So, I've decided to cover 2 questions in a video, therefore having 2 separate CCR videos. Now I'll be publishing my scripts super super soon for both videos as I get them done. I've decided video #1 will be a red carpet interview, as if somebody were to interview on some random red carpet for questions 1 and 2. The next video will be a talk show interview, something Jimmy Kimmel vibes, that'll answer questions 3 and 4. Stay tuned for the scripts!

Editing Is Finito! Get Ready to see Tommy!

So, I finished all my editing in a surprising 2 days. I felt it was super easy to find my clips for each cut as I literally directed and filmed depending on what I envisioned for all the cuts. Anyways, I was so happy to be done with everything and finally get to show my final product... here's my editing sequence, stay tuned for Tommy.

The blue indicates footage and audio clips from my iPhone, the purple indicates PNGs (production logo and title card) as well as text (credits). The green signifies sound effects that I found on a no royalty and no copyright website that I completely blanked the name of, so sorry.
